It's important for us to be on the same page! Please read!

GENERAL

• I have the right to refuse your commission.
• I will NOT be responsible if Twitch or other platforms reject the emote. Make sure your request complies with the platform's rules.

RIGHTS & PRIVACY

• You may NOT modify my artwork, claim it as your own, resell it for profit, or use it for merchandise purposes.
• If you post or use the artwork online, please credit me (@pimyart on Twitter/Twitch. @pimy.art on IG).
• Do NOT share any of my personal information found in the transaction process.
• I can post the commissioned work on my social media to showcase my portfolio, if you don't want me to, please let me know in advance.

DEADLINES

• If you have a specific deadline, please let me know so I can confirm if I can meet it.
• I’ll provide an estimated completion time once we finalize the commission details. Usually this is 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity or number of pieces.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Payment must be made in full upfront after commission is accepted or finalized.
• Payments accepted via PayPal only.
• No refunds. Please ensure you are confident in your decision before payment.
• In rare cases where I am unable to complete your commission, I will give you a full refund.

REVISIONS

• Revisions allowed during sketch phase.
• Once the sketch is approved, only minor revisions will be allowed. Major revisions after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee
